Return and Refund

1. General Principles
Mindvia is a coaching support service, and our offerings are delivered through personalized sessions. As such, refunds are evaluated based on context and service stage. We aim to treat each case fairly. Clear communication is always encouraged.

2. Cancellation Before Sessions
If you cancel a booked session at least 24 hours in advance, no fee will be charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a partial fee. This helps us maintain scheduling fairness for all clients. Please notify us as early as possible.

3. Missed Appointments
Missed sessions without notice are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that life is unpredictable. If a valid reason is provided, we may reschedule at our discretion. Repeated no-shows may lead to service restrictions.

4. Session Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session up to once without penalty. Subsequent changes should be discussed with your coach directly. We aim to keep schedules flexible but consistent. Respecting time slots ensures smooth service for everyone.

5. Non-Refundable Situations
Completed sessions are considered delivered and are non-refundable. This includes partial sessions unless disrupted by our error. We do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction alone. However, feedback is always welcome.

6. Service Disruptions
If technical or scheduling issues on our side affect delivery, we will reschedule or refund at no cost. We aim to provide consistent service quality. Your satisfaction with reliability is important to us. Please report issues immediately.
